Weber’s future in doubt at Kansas St?

Building a lead hasn’t been a problem for Kansas State. Protecting a lead has been an issue, and this time it may cost the Wildcats the ultimate price.

Playing for their NCAA Tournament lives, the Wildcats came out like a team with something to prove against Oklahoma State and took a 14-point lead in the first half. In a matter of three minutes, the Cowboys had tied the score with 14 unanswered points.

There would be no more hot streaks for the Wildcats, no rally and no victory as the Cowboys continued their late-season surge with an 80-68 victory Wednesday at Bramlage Coliseum.
