Even though the Wolfpack’s season isn’t over yet, athletic director Debbie Yow already announced the firing of Mark Gottfried and the start of a coaching search. Gauging mutual interest before anyone’s season is over, but it’s not difficult to identify a smaller group of potential candidates for NC State to target. These coaches are not locks to take the job, but do all qualify as reasonable candidates. Two of the targets aren’t far outside of Yow’s backyard.
