Are you overrated as a coach?

Came across a very interesting article in the Harvard Business Review regarding how coaches view themselves and how that relates to their overall ability.  While the article focuses on the business world their is some very good insight on skills that make people effective coaches.  The study found that those who overrated their skills are in the bottom third of their profession.  This is an excellent article to help you reflect on your skills and how to improve.
